Your seller stops calling,
because they can see.

Every home you list gets a private page for its owner: how many people looked, who enquired, how many walked through on Saturday, and what they said afterwards. Built from what your team already records — nobody types anything twice.

This one is still being built. The list is how we decide what to finish first — no charge, no obligation, and we will tell you honestly where it stands.

What buyers said

  • Loved the light in the kitchen — worried about the road noise.
  • Second viewing booked. Comparing against one other on Juniper.

A drawing of where it is heading — not a screenshot of something finished.

Why we are building it

The listing goes quiet, and so does the trust.

Week three is where listings are lost. The seller has heard nothing, assumes nothing is happening, and starts asking whether they picked the right agent. When the price does need to come down, you are asking them to take your word for it — against a number they have had in their head since the day they decided to sell.

  • Status calls you take on a Saturday, one seller at a time, with no numbers in front of either of you.
  • Price reductions argued from opinion, because the evidence lives in your CRM where the seller cannot see it.
  • Sellers who compare you to the last agent's weekly PDF and cannot tell the difference.
  • Feedback from inspections that reaches the seller as a summary, weeks late, if at all.

What it will do

The same numbers you have, in a page built for them.

Not a data dump — the four or five things a person selling their home actually wants to know, written so they understand what to do with them.

How many people are looking

Views on the listing, week by week, and where they came from. A line that flattens is a conversation you can both see coming.

Who has enquired

Counts and timing, not names — enough to show interest is real without handing over your buyer list.

Inspections and who turned up

Booked, attended, and how that compares to the week before. The clearest single signal of whether the price is right.

What buyers said

Feedback your agents already log after a showing, cleaned up and passed on. This is the part that moves a price.

The weekly note

One email every Friday: what happened, what it means, what you are doing next. Written once by the agent, or drafted for them.

Comparable sales nearby

What actually closed around them since they listed — the market's answer, not an estimate.

How it fits

It runs on the system you already have.

Product 01 — the real estate system→
  • No new data entry: views, enquiries and showings are already in Product 01.
  • The seller sees only their own home — enforced in the database, like everything else.
  • It carries your client's brand, not ours and not ours-with-their-logo.
  • A private link, no account to create — sellers will not make one.
  • It becomes a listing-presentation slide: "you will see everything I see".

Open questions

Things we would rather you decided.

We would rather ask a working broker than guess. If you have a view on any of these, that is worth more to us than a signature.

  • Should the seller see enquiry names, or only counts? Agents we have asked are split.
  • Weekly email, or only when something changes? Nobody wants a Friday email that says nothing happened.
  • Does the seller see the buyer feedback verbatim, or does the agent approve each line first?
  • Is this priced into Product 01, or does a team choose it separately?
  • Should a seller be able to reply in the portal, or does that just move the phone call?
