The whole business,
on one system.

An offer is already out — stay on the counter daily until it is signed.

What you are handed

Three surfaces. One system, not three subscriptions.

A website that does not talk to the CRM is two problems. Here an enquiry arrives on a listing page and is already a scored lead attached to that home, with the agent who holds it and the follow-up that is due.

For their buyers and sellers

The property website

A search portal that holds its own next to the national portals — because that is what a seller compares it to when they choose who lists their home.

  • Map or list browsing, every filter shareable as a link
  • Collage galleries, open houses, a mortgage calculator
  • Agent profile pages — the page an agent hands out as a card
  • City landing pages with real inventory and median price
  • Sold prices against the ask, so past work sells the next listing
  • Every enquiry lands in the CRM, attributed to the listing

For the broker

The client admin

They run the site themselves. No tickets, no retainer for a copy change, no waiting on us to swap a photo the day before an open house.

  • Listings with drag-and-drop photos, cover and order
  • Every line of copy on the public site, editable
  • Their logo, their brand name — ours nowhere
  • Team roles and approvals
  • Where last month's leads came from, and which homes drew them
  • A warning before unsaved work is thrown away

For the team, every day

The follow-up CRM

Most real estate CRMs are a database with a form on top. This one is built around the two things that decide a commission: speed to lead, and never dropping one.

  • Drag-and-drop pipeline, from website enquiry to closed
  • Overdue-first follow-up queue, per agent or whole team
  • Deals and closings with escrow dates and live GCI
  • AI lead scoring — who to call first, and why
  • AI drafts the message; the agent edits and sends it
  • Showings wired to the site, tasks, and channel reports

How it lands

Three weeks, and most of them ours.

You are running a brokerage, not a software project. Your part is one call, one round of approvals, and an hour of training.

  1. 01

    One call

    Day 1

We look at how leads reach you today and where they die. You leave with the audit whether or not you buy.

  2. 02

    Your brand, your words

    Days 2–7

Logo, palette, the copy on every page, your team, your first listings. We do the work; you approve it.

  3. 03

    Build and load

    Days 8–18

Your own database, your own deployment, your inventory in, your existing contact list imported.

  4. 04

    Live, and yours

    Day 19

Domain pointed, team trained in an hour, and the keys handed over — including the database.

The part most vendors skip

You own it. Leaving is allowed.

One deployment per client

Your site and your data are not sharing a database with another brokerage. Nobody else's traffic can slow you down, and nobody else's mistake can reach your list.

Row-level security throughout

Access is enforced in the database, not in the app. An agent sees the shared pool and their own follow-ups because the database says so — not because a screen hides a button.

No key-shaped meters

Maps run on OpenStreetMap. No key to buy, no per-view bill arriving in month three because a listing did well.

No per-seat pricing

Add the new agent on Monday. Charging you to grow the team is a strange way to price a system meant to help you grow it.

Your domain, your brand

Ours appears nowhere on your site, your admin or your CRM. The logo and every line of copy are yours to change without asking.

An exit that works

Export the database whenever you want, or hand another developer the keys. We would rather earn the next month than lock it.

Pricing

One build fee, one monthly.

No seat count, no lead cap, no percentage of your commission.

The system

$6,500one-time build
$250per month, hosting and support
  • All three surfaces, every feature listed above
  • Your branding, your copy, your domain
  • Your own database, handed over at launch
  • Contact list imported, listings loaded
  • An hour of training for the team
  • Updates and fixes while you are with us
Start with a call

What the monthly covers

Hosting, the database, backups, security updates, and us answering the phone. Not a licence — if you leave, the system is still yours to run.

Add on when you need it

  • AI scoring and drafting on your own API key
  • Listing photography and copywriting
  • IDX / MLS feed once you want it
  • A second brand or a second office

Every brokerage is a slightly different shape. The call is free and you leave with the lead-flow audit either way.

Questions

The ones brokers actually ask.

Do we own the data?+

Yes, and not in a marketing sense. Your client list lives in a Supabase project on your account, not a slice of ours. You can export the whole thing, or point another developer at it, any day you like.

What happens if we stop working with you?+

You keep the database and the domain. Nothing switches off on our say-so. We would rather you stay because the thing works than because leaving is painful.

Can we use our own domain?+

That is the intention — the site is yours, so it lives at your address. We point it during launch week.

Does it pull from the MLS?+

Not today. Listings are entered in the admin, and the field names follow RESO conventions so an IDX feed can be mapped on later without redoing the data.

Who writes the copy?+

We draft all of it from your first call, and you edit any line yourself from the admin afterwards — headline, biography, the disclaimer in the footer.

Is the AI making things up?+

It is instructed not to invent an address, a price or a date, and to leave a bracketed placeholder instead. Every draft opens in an editor for the agent to check before it is sent — nothing sends on its own.

How many people can use it?+

The whole team. There is no per-seat price, because charging a broker to add a new agent is a strange way to price a system meant to help them grow.

Can we see it before deciding?+

The demo on this page is the real thing — the same code you would be handed, with a fictional brokerage's data in it. Click into the admin and the CRM and change whatever you like.

The demo is the real thing.

Same code, a fictional brokerage's data. Open the admin, change a headline, drag a lead across the pipeline — nothing is behind a password.
