Product 03 · Listing Studio
Early prototypeA new listing means a landing page, three social posts, a flyer for the open house, an email to the database and a QR code for the sign. It is four hours of an agent's evening, and it comes out looking different every time. This does it from the listing you already entered.
This one is still being built. The list is how we decide what to finish first — no charge, no obligation, and we will tell you honestly where it stands.

Every piece of its marketing
A drawing of where it is heading — not a screenshot of something finished.
Why we are building it
The listing goes live and then somebody has to make it exist everywhere else. It falls to the agent, after hours, in whatever tool they know. The brand drifts, the good listings get the effort and the ordinary ones get a photo and a price, and the flyer is designed again from scratch for the fifth time this month.
What it will do
Photos, price, features and the agent's details are already in the admin. Everything below is that data in a different frame — and it updates when the listing does.
Its own address, its own gallery, no navigation to anywhere else. What you put on the sign and in the email.
Sized right for each one, brand-consistent, price and address baked in — not a screenshot of the listing page.
A PDF for the open house and the window, with the current price. Reprint it when the price moves.
A "just listed" or "open Saturday" email built from the listing, ready to send from your own inbox.
Points at the property page, and tells you how many people scanned it standing on the footpath.
Change the price in the admin and every asset follows. Mark it sold and the sold card writes itself.
Open questions
We would rather ask a working broker than guess. If you have a view on any of these, that is worth more to us than a signature.
Early access means you help shape it and you pay less for it. It also means living with the rough edges for a while — we will be straight with you about which is which.
